Summary: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in cases of overpayment or redundant payment caused by a system or app error on our end during the payment process — not errors resulting from user actions. Each payment grants access to the Service for one (1) calendar month.

1. General No-Refund Policy

Subscription payments to EasyKey Solutions are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described below. Once a payment is made, it is final and non-refundable in the following situations:

This Refund Policy applies only to subscription or service payments made directly to EasyKey Solutions. It does not apply to payments, deposits, refunds, cancellations, delivery issues, product issues, service quality issues, or disputes between users arising from the Discover feature or from any transaction conducted outside Easykey Invoicing.

EasyKey Solutions is not responsible for refunding, reversing, recovering, mediating, or resolving payments or transactions made between users outside the app.

2. Subscription Period

Each subscription payment covers access to the Service for one (1) calendar month from the date of payment. There is no automatic renewal — each payment is a one-time, manual transaction.

At the end of the paid period, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier. You will not lose your data — only access to paid features will be restricted.

3. Free Tier

Before subscribing to any paid plan, you may use our Free tier to evaluate the Service at no cost. We strongly encourage you to try the Free tier before upgrading to a paid subscription.

4. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered solely in the case of overpayment or redundant payment caused by a system or app error on our end during the payment process (e.g., charged twice for the same period due to a platform fault). Refunds will not be entertained for payments made as a result of user actions, including but not limited to accidental purchases or selecting the wrong plan. If you believe a system error has occurred, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@easykeysolutions.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a correction or refund for the erroneous amount. Your account will revert to the Free tier accordingly.
